Member Service Representative

Webster Electric Cooperative seeks a full-time Member Service Representative. Duties include collecting payments, member assistance, account inquiries, as well as promoting the cooperative’s services and programs. Position requires a high level of accuracy, strong interpersonal and communications skills, ability to solve problems, and a focus on serving our membership. Proficiency in computer applications, standard office machines and communications equipment is necessary. Prior customer service experience and high school diploma required.
